ORCA Board

ORCA is governed on a day-to-day basis by a Board of Directors elected by the members, and Officers elected by that Board. The Board meets four times a year for regular business and also after the membership's Annual Meeting to choose the officers for the year.

As of June, 2024, the IRS has granted ORCA Federal 501(c)(3) status.

The Board regularly meets around 11 AM after these first Saturday monthly membership meetings:
